Vintage Thunder Tiger F-75S four-stroke glow-plug model aircraft engine, made in Taiwan.

This is a single-cylinder, air-cooled four-stroke engine designed for radio-controlled model aircraft. It features overhead valves operated by pushrods, a throttle carburettor and a metal silencer. Thunder Tiger's F-series engines were designed to provide good torque, efficient fuel consumption and the characteristic sound of a four-stroke model aircraft engine.

The F-75S is a substantial four-stroke engine suitable for sport, scale and other larger radio-controlled model aircraft. Its pushrod-operated valve gear and purpose-designed silencer are characteristic of this Thunder Tiger engine series.

Condition:

Used vintage engine showing visible cosmetic wear, marks and discolouration from age and use. The metal silencer, carburettor and fuel tubing are present as shown in the photographs. The fuel tubing appears aged, so replacement may be advisable before use.

The engine turns over freely by hand but has not been running-tested. Compression, internal condition, valve operation, carburettor performance and ability to start and run have not been verified.
