Pz.Kpfw.IV Ausf. E Tauchpanzer

The Tauchpanzer IV Ausf. E was a specialized variant of the Panzer IV tank developed by Germany during World War II for amphibious operations. Designed to facilitate river crossings this tank featured a waterproofed hull and a snorkel system that allowed it to operate underwater. Modifications included sealed hatches modified exhaust systems and additional ventilation for the crew.
