The aircraft
The Handley Page H.P.75 Manx was an unusual British experimental aircraft developed during the Second World War to investigate the aerodynamic characteristics of tailless aircraft. Only one aircraft was constructed, and it first flew in June 1943.
The Manx was designed by Gustav Lachmann as an experimental step toward larger tailless aircraft concepts. It had two de Havilland Gipsy Major engines, each producing approximately 140 hp. It carried no armament.

This is not a conventional injection-moulded kit. Planet Models describes it as a full resin kit, while contemporary catalogue information specifies resin parts together with white-metal undercarriage components, decals and vacuformed canopies.
