Description

Features

The Multiple Output Switch can control 5 outputs from a single channel on your transmitter.

The outputs are toggled by a sequence of stick/switch movements from low to high and back.

A two-position switch can be used to operate the unit.

Operation

You control the ancillary units by moving the operating stick/switch a number of times from low to high and back.  Moving the stick/switch to high and back to low will toggle output 1.  The output will toggle about half a second or so after the stick/switch is returned to low.  Moving the stick/switch: high, low, high and back to low will toggle output 2.  Moving the stick/switch: high, low, high, low, high and back to low will toggle output 3 and so on.  The Multiple Output Switch unit counts the number of times that high is selected and toggles the corresponding output from off to on or from on to off once the stick/switch is returned to low.  A count sequence of 6 highs will turn all outputs off and a count sequence of 7 highs will turn all outputs on.  Any count sequence of more than 7 highs is ignored.  Note that when performing the stick/switch movements, the stick/switch can remain at high for as long as you wish.

The output will activate with the first operating stick/switch count sequence and remain active when the operating stick/switch is returned to low.  A second stick/switch count sequence is required to deactivate the output.

The operating stick/switch can be moved as fast as your radio system or fingers can respond but the output will not activate until the stick/switch has been at low for about half a second or so.  The delay tells the Multiple Output Switch unit that the stick/switch counting sequence is complete.  This means that you must pause for about half a second to allow the system to reset before starting a new stick/switch count sequence.

Switch Direction

Before operating or adjusting your Multiple Output Switch unit, reset the transmitter operating channel travel to 100% and the operating direction to normal.

To establish the operating high and low stick/switch positions, move the operating channel stick/switch to one extreme and switch on the transmitter and receiver.  If the set-up LED lights, the operating stick/switch is in the high position.  If it does not light, the operating stick/switch is in the low position.

To change the operating stick/switch direction, switch the Multiple Output Switch unit off.  Press and hold the SET key and switch the Multiple Output Switch unit on.  The operating stick/switch action is now reversed.  Each time you perform this set-up action, the stick/switch operating direction will toggle from forward to reverse or from reverse to forward.  The transmitter does not need to be on to reverse the stick operating direction.
