KP Letov Š.231 1/72 No. 23

Vintage 1/72 plastic model kit from Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) depicting the Letov Š.231 Czechoslovak fighter biplane. The kit includes the fuselage, wings, engine and landing gear components, decals and assembly instructions. The Š.231 first flew in 1933 and entered Czechoslovak service in the mid-1930s. A number were later supplied to Republican forces during the Spanish Civil War, where surviving aircraft saw combat. This older KP kit is a collectible subject from the company's range of interwar Czechoslovak aircraft.
