Our latest line of radio-controlled products is launched under our new division – GL Motion, which stands for diecast collectibles in motion. While you may have encountered numerous radio-controlled cars in the market, most of them were engineered primarily for functionality, often neglecting aesthetic considerations. In contrast, GreenLight, a leading name in the diecast collectibles industry, is committed to developing a new 1/64 scale diecast collectibles DNA that achieves an ideal equilibrium between aesthetics and performance.

The first-generation Dodge Charger was introduced as a 1966 model, constructed on the Chrysler B-body platform and sharing components with the Dodge Coronet. It featured various engine options, with the standout being the formidable 426 cubic-inch Hemi V8 engine, delivering an impressive 425 horsepower. However, the model struggled in sales due to its polarizing fastback design.   A significant transformation occurred with the second generation, launched as the 1968 model year. 

Renowned automotive designer Richard Sias, under the guidance of chief designer Bill Brownlie, completely reimagined the vehicle's body. The result was the iconic "Coke-Bottle styling," characterized by curvaceous lines that tapered at the waist and flared over the rear wheels, complemented by a deeply recessed grille. In 1968, Dodge also introduced the R/T Package, which provided buyers with a high-performance image and robust hardware straight from the factory. 

The second generation, spanning from 1968 to 1970, is often regarded as the most iconic era for the Charger, gaining significant recognition in both NASA car races and popular culture, including films such as Bullitt (1968), The Dukes of Hazzard, and the Fast & Furious franchise.
