FROG Heinkel He 219 A-0 Uhu Owl Night Fighter 1/72 F177 damaged decals

Vintage FROG 1/72 plastic kit of the Heinkel He 219 Uhu, an advanced German night fighter developed to counter RAF night-bombing raids. The model features the twin-engine layout, distinctive stepped cockpit, radar aerials and defensive cannon arrangement. The real aircraft entered operational service in 1943 and was equipped with airborne interception radar, making it one of the most capable German night fighters of the war. This FROG tooling dates from the mid-1960s and is an interesting vintage kit of a distinctive late-war aircraft.
