Vintage 1/72 FROG plastic model kit of the de Havilland Hornet F.Mk.3, a high-performance British twin-engined piston fighter developed near the end of the Second World War. The kit includes the streamlined fuselage, slim wings, twin Merlin engine nacelles, cockpit and undercarriage, with RAF marking options. The Hornet entered post-war service in 1946 and was designed for speed, range and agility; the F.Mk.3 incorporated improvements for operational service, including increased fuel capacity and provision for additional equipment.
