The vehicle
The Type 95 Ha-Go was Japan's most widely produced light tank of the Second World War. Approximately 2,300 were built, and the type saw service from the fighting in China through the Pacific War.
The tank had a three-man crew, a 37 mm Type 94 gun and a top speed of approximately 45 km/h. It weighed around 7.4 tonnes.
