Avro 626 Prefect / T-126 — AZ Model 1/72 Plastic model Kit Vintage

AZ Model's Czech short-run range specialises in unusual inter-war and military subjects. This 1/72 Avro 626 Prefect/T-126 kit contains injection-moulded plastic parts, clear parts, decals and instructions, with the characteristic biplane structure, three cockpit positions and fixed undercarriage represented. The Avro 626 was developed from the Avro 621 Tutor as a multi-purpose trainer and export aircraft; first flown in 1930, it combined pilot training with navigation, wireless and gunnery training and was operated by numerous air forces. RAF examples were known as the Prefect, while export versions carried the 626/T-126 designation. The original AZ Model kit dates from the 2000s and is now relatively uncommon.
