Airfix Dornier Do 217 E-2 1/72 383 / 03003 Plastic Model Kit Vintage

Vintage 1/72 Airfix kit of the Dornier Do 217 E-2, a powerful German twin-engined bomber and maritime strike aircraft. The E-series was powered by BMW 801 radial engines and could carry a substantial bomb load as well as torpedoes and other weapons. The Do 217 entered Luftwaffe service in 1941 and subsequently served in bombing, reconnaissance, maritime attack and guided-weapon operations. The original Airfix tooling was first issued in 1963 and is one of the company's classic early twin-engined aircraft kits.
