Extremely high quality magnets that could provide an ideal solution to hatch fastening. The very simple installation required will make creating a hatch a far more straight forward process.
Neodymium Magnets are made from a compound of Neodymium, Iron and Boron (NdFeB) and are often referred to as NEO magnets. Neodymium was developed just over 20 years ago and is quite a recent discovery. Neodymium magnets are the strongest type of magnet available commercially. All magnets are supplied with a protective nickel coating to protect them from corrosion.

● Do not place within 10mm of credit cards
