Solarkote is a stiffer, harder iron-on polyester covering film made by Solarfilm.

- Fuel Resistance: Resists all fuels, including diesel and petrol, making it ideal for glow, diesel, or petrol-powered R/C models.
- Rigidity: Stiffer, harder, and stronger than standard Solarfilm; adds extra stiffness on open-frame models.
- Shrinkage: Has less shrinkage than standard Solarfilm, meaning it requires a bit more care and higher heat to apply.
- Foam Compatibility: Safe to use on foam veneer if you monitor and control your iron temperature carefully.
- Finishing Options: Can be painted with Solarlac or trimmed with Solartrim.
- Available Sizes: Rolls of 2 metre by 0.68m wide.
