Avia B-33/Il-10 'Beast' ex-Fly kit, Hi-tech edition, incl. paint mask &(3D-Printed) parts, new decals

he Avia BH-33 was a Czechoslovak fighter plane of a mixed structure, in a biplane configuration, with a fixed landing gear. The drive was provided by a single engine Skoda L with a power of 500 hp. The flight of the prototype took place in 1927, and in the years 1928-1930 serial production continued, ending with the production of about 235 aircraft. The armament was two 7.7 mm Vickers machine guns.

The BH-33 aircraft was created as a partially private initiative of the Avia aviation plant, which was to replace the Avia B-21 machines in the Czechoslovak aviation. The new aircraft was characterized by better performance, was more maneuverable and generally technically successful. For these reasons, it quickly entered mass production. In its course, an all-metal version (BH-33E) was created, which was produced in Yugoslavia. In Czechoslovakia, the most numerous version was the BH-33L, powered by the Skoda L engine. Bristol Jupiter IV. Airplanes from these plants served in Polish aviation under the designation PWS-A. From 1933, they were moved to school and training units. During the September campaign, there were already few PWS-A in school squadrons.

Ilyushin Il-10 was a Soviet attack aircraft with a metal structure in the low wing configuration. The plane had a retractable, two-wheeled landing gear in the classic layout. The drive was provided by a single Mikulin-AM42 V-engine with a starting power of 2000 KM. The flight of the prototype took place on September 27, 1944, and serial production lasted from 1944 to 1947. Licensed production was also started in Czechoslovakia under the designation Avia B-33. The Il-10 was created as a far-reaching development of the very successful Il-2, which was one of the most important Soviet aircraft of the Second World War. The new machine has improved performance (especially the maximum speed), manoeuvrability at low altitudes and the armour of the entire structure has been strengthened. The basic armament was either 2 23mm cannons and 2 7.62mm machine guns or 4 23mm cannons. In addition, there was a rifle in the turret at the rear of the cabin, cal. 12.7 mm, and armaments up to 600 kg. The Il-10 aircraft was successfully used in the last operations of World War II, especially the Berlin operation in 1945, as well as during the Korean War (1950-1953) by the DPRK air force.
