Description
Valom 72007 Lockheed XFV-1 “Salmon”, 1/72 scale. A limited-run Czech kit of Lockheed's unusual 1950s experimental VTOL fighter. The XFV-1 was intended to operate as a tail-sitting vertical-takeoff fighter from small naval vessels. The kit includes photo-etched details and two vacuformed canopies, and can be built either with its wheeled landing gear or in the intended tail-sitting configuration.
