Hobby 2000 1/72 Dewoitine D520 France 1940 Kit 72025
The Dewoitine D.520 was one of France’s most advanced fighters in 1940.
Entering service shortly before the German invasion, it featured a powerful Hispano-Suiza 12Y engine, a top speed of 530 km/h, and was armed with a 20mm cannon and four 7.5mm machine guns.
Faster and better-armed than the MS.406, it was capable of matching the German Bf 109E in combat.
Though produced in limited numbers during the Battle of France, it became a symbol of French aerial resistance and later served with the Vichy French and Free French forces.
This model requires paint and glue to complete.
