The McLaren MP4/4 was a Formula One racing car that was designed by engineer Steve Nichols and used by the McLaren team during the 1988 Formula One season.
The car was driven by legendary drivers Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost and is widely considered to be one of the most successful and dominant cars in the history of Formula One.
The MP4/4 was powered by a Honda V6 turbocharged engine and featured advanced aerodynamics, including a low nose and high rear wing, which gave it exceptional speed and handling.
In the 1988 season, the MP4/4 won 15 out of 16 races and secured both the Drivers' Championship for Ayrton Senna and the Constructors' Championship for McLaren.
