The Unlimited Desert Racer combines Pro-Scale performance with extreme 6s power for the most thrilling RC driving experience possible. The UDR drives like a real desert truck because it's engineered like a real desert truck. A 4-link solid rear axle provides huge suspension travel with authentic driving dynamics. From the cantilever sway bars and high-voltage lighting system to the GTR shocks, Traxxas accurately reproduced a true desert racer in both form and function.
Pro-Scale Performance
Pro-Scale is a new Traxxas innovation that captures true-scale realism and combines it with extreme 6s LiPo power and 50+ mph performance. The Traxxas Unlimited Desert Racer faithfully captures the look and feel of Trophy Trucks and Unlimited Trick Trucks as they charge hard across the desert at full speed.

The Traxxas UDR is engineered on an authentic, true to scale 4-wheel drive desert race truck chassis. The innovative high-voltage amplifier delivers clean, stable power to all 204 individual LEDs to minimize losses from excessive current and heat and prevent the flickering and dimming associated with generic light kits. The powerful Traxxas App further customizes the lighting modes to your specifications or turn the lights on and off directly in the app.
BFGoodrich Wheels and Tyres
Aggressive replica BFGoodrich KR3 tyres ride on tough 17mm hex Desert Race wheels (Fox) or licensed Method Race wheels (RIGID) with bright beadlock rings. The tyres are scale replicas of the 40 inch tyres used on the top trucks in the desert.
TQi Radio System
The fully featured Traxxas TQi 2.4GHz radio system delivers the superior speed, precision, and control required for the Desert Racer's immersive driving experience. The transmitter is Traxxas Link enabled, making it easy to pair a smartphone with the optional wireless modeule. The Traxxas Link app opens up a whole world of tuning options and also displays real-time telemetry from the ESC.
