Robert "Bob" Vickers ~ 1955 - 2024
This week, the team at SMC were deeply saddened by the news that our longtime friend Bob - affectionately known as Dr. Bob - had passed away.
This news came as a tremendous shock to us all, as we are sure it has been to many who knew Bob. To us, he was an integral part of operations at Sussex, overseeing the repair and testing of helicopters and quadcopters and being a regular friendly face at the shop each week. Over the span of 15 years working with us, and as a customer for 40 years, Bob became part of the team and a friend to many who he had helped along the way.
Bob will be deeply missed by us all, and we pass our deepest condolences to his family and friends.
