With the DX 7 you can fly any type of aircraft, from a small indoor aircraft to a giant scale machine without having to worry about frequencies or worrying about interference. Never again will your start be dictated to you by an available channel. Never again will you have to ask other pilots on the airfield about the channels they are using. Never again will you be disturbed or impaired by background interference, transmitter masts or interference from other transmitters during flight! DSM2 Security and speed unlike the usual with new developments, the DSM 2 technology is not an immature concept. It is based on exactly the same spectrum 2.4GHz concept that has been used with great success for years by car model pilots as well as pilots with park and indoor aircraft. Just like DSM, DSM2 provides a non-intrusive signal connection to the model that is immune to any known interference from remote controls. With a resolution of 1024 bits, the remote control delivers the precision that is otherwise only known from more complex systems. The big difference from DSM2 is that in addition to absolute precision and independence from any source of interference, the signals are processed much faster than with any 35 or 40MHz system. The fact is, many pilots who have flown a DX7 report that the response times are almost telekinetic. You feel more connected to your model than ever before. AR7000 - Spectacular receiver properties The AR7000 receiver, which is supplied with the DX7, is the actual key to the indescribably robust connection to your flight model. Consisting of a compact main receiver and a satellite receiver connected to a 15cm long cable, both receivers work at the same time as particularly sharp HF “eyes”, which view the signal environment from slightly different perspectives. The information received by both receivers is then processed and combined using a patent-pending software process so that the best possible control signal is derived from it. And another advantage is that long antennas no longer have to be laid. The antennas of the AR7000 receiver do not have to be led outside. This makes installation a breeze! Modellmatch and ServoSync - extra security and precision DSM2 and AR7000 receivers are not the only pearls of the DX7 remote control system. The Spektrum engineers have built two more invaluable functions into the system that you won't want to be without once you've used them - Modellmatch and ServoSync. With model match it is no longer possible to select the wrong model from the model memory. Everyone who deals with model flying has already lost a model or was there when a model was lost because the pilot failed to check the model name of the model selected from the memory during the pre-flight check. The signal from the DX7 contains a special code for each model so that if the wrong model is selected from the model memory, the receiver does not react and the model remains on the ground. In other words, the DX7 won't let you fly the wrong model!
