The inserts are selected in a specific density and size in order to guarantee perfect dampening and form stability of the tyre.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eMounted - Glued\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDue to the extreme forces the tyre must firmly bonded to the wheel. Louise RC takes the highest care in bonding the tyres properly. For years they have been searching to find the best way to glue the tyres well but also in a clean way. Today Louise RC is considered one of the best in the RC industry. The tyres are glued with a special rubber cyanoacrylate glue. This glue has been specially developed for Louise RC to guarantee a perfect firm bond to withstand all extreme forces.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe following steps are performed in production at Louise RC in order to obtain a perfect bond:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe rings of the rubber tyre to be glued are slightly grinded and degreased.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe surface of the wheel where the tyre will be glued is grinded up and degreased.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe tyre is bonded to the wheel with cyanoacrylate adhesive using a special dosing machine. As a result, the equal amount of glue is always applied.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe bonded tyre is pressed for a specific time in order to ensure perfect bonding and curing.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEach tyre passes a spinning and pulling test to ensure perfect bonding.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eSport Compound\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLouise RC has years of experience in producing high performance ttres for RC cars. The RC hobby driver and the RC basher have totally different requirements for the tyres than the RC competition car driver. From this experience the special sports rubber compound has been developed. The sport rubber compound comes in 2 densities, soft or medium-soft.
